The Dermal Formula

At The Dermal Formula, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your professional skincare products arrive safely. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped directly from our clinic in San Mateo, California, or fulfilled by one of our trusted suppliers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Shipping availability for individual products may vary based on supplier restrictions and delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders shipped from our clinic: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders shipped directly from suppliers: Processing times vary depending on the supplier and product availability.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method, carrier, destination, and fulfillment location. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that expedited shipping options do not necessarily shorten order processing times.

Multiple Shipments

Because we fulfill orders from both our clinic and suppliers, items purchased together may ship separately.

You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order. Packages may also arrive on different dates.

Tracking Information

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your order notifications.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after receiving your package.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to supplier availability, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an unexpected fulfillment delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thedermalformula@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when available.
